1. Respect The Property

Our Click & Collect services operates from a private residence, not a physical store. Please treat the property and the surrounding neighbourhood with respect.

Customers must not park on the driveway or leave rubbish in the premises.

2. Order Confirmation Required

Do not arrive at the property without a confirmed order pickup notification. Customers arriving without confirmation will not be served.

Orders must be placed and processed through our online store prior to pickup. This is not a walk-in store.

3. Appropriate Behaviour

Customers must not cause disruptions or engage in inappropriate hours, such as 4:30AM, unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed.

4. Pickup Process

Always ring the doorbell upon arrival. The person on the speaker will confirm your order number before handing over the items.

Contactless Click & Collect is available upon request. Please inform us in advance if you prefer this option.

5. Payment

Cash payments are not accepted. All orders must be prepaid online through our secure payment system.

6. General Guidelines

Follow the pikcup instructions provided in your confirmation email.

Be mindful of the 24/7 availability and ensure any late-night or early-morning pikcups are confirmed beforehand.
