Respect the Property

• Our Click and Collect service operates from a private residence, not a physical store. Please treat the property and the surrounding neighborhood with respect.
• Customers must not park on the driveway or leave rubbish on the premises.
  (I will tow your car away even if I have to do it myself)

Order Confirmation Required

• Do not arrive at the property without a confirmed order pickup notification. Customers arriving without confirmation will not be asked to get outtta ma face.

• Orders must be placed and processed through our online store prior to pickup. This is not a walk-in store.

Appropriate Behavior

• Customers must not cause disruptions or engage in inappropriate behavior on the property. If a customer is found causing havoc, the authorities will be contacted.
• Do not bang on the door or demand your order at inappropriate hours, unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed.
  (i can put up a good fight ngl)
• Also, late night customer collections should be done in like, the quietest most eerie possible way. I have neighbours.

Pickup Process

• A confirmation email will be sent to you with the collection process. I will not physically hand you your order. I am anti-social.

Payment

• Cash payments are not accepted. All orders must be prepaid online through our secure payment system. - although... Cash payments can be done once I figure out a way to process that bit

General Guidelines

• Follow the pickup instructions provided in your confirmation email.
• 24/7 doesn't mean like Kmart 24/7 - it's like a vibe on how we work
•  behave and be safe

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in refusal of service or escalation to authorities if necessary. I will call the po-po and cuff you myself.
